Multi-needle quilted to 10 mm PU Foam sheet Density 20kg/m3 with 16g/m2 Remmy as backing (30% vertical Tear Elongation).The Flame Retardancy is in full compliance with America standard NFPA 701 (Small scale Test) and British Standard BS 7177(For Ignition Of mattress).

4mm Wire clipped to the spring unit providng the fundamental support and stability of the unit.

Edge And Corner :
4mm corner spring and edge spring guard providing extra support and strenght that create 20% more sleeping area.
